Additional Info: A curious character who shows up every once and awhile (usually right before a boss battle or dungeon) and provides the gang with all their shopping needs. Lance and Theo first met him on their way to Scarlet City, where he scoffed at their plan to enter the championship tournament. Curasias is based on all the randomly-placed merchants in RPG games (especially O'aka).
